You hereby agree that the delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for delivery has been expressly agreed in writing. The cost for delivery shall be calculated at the time of initiation of Transaction based on the shipping address and will be collected from you as a part of the Transaction Amount paid for the products and/or services.

Paperback editions, once launched on Amazon KDP and our direct channel, are shipped within 3 to 5 working days of payment confirmation. Ebooks and PDF workbooks are delivered instantly via WhatsApp on the registered number used at checkout. Physical shipments are dispatched through India Post (Speed Post / Registered Parcel) and Bluedart, depending on the destination pincode. In our experience, Tier-1 cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad) receive parcels in 4 to 7 working days, and Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and rural pincodes typically take 7 to 12 working days. Each shipment is sent with a tracking number, and we share the tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp on the day of dispatch so you can follow the parcel to your door.
Standard shipping is included in the book price shown on the website — there are no surprise add-ons at checkout. No extra domestic shipping or handling charges apply anywhere in India, whether you live in a metro or a remote pincode. AI4Seniors does not ship internationally at this time; if you are based outside India, please use the ebook / PDF version, which is delivered instantly worldwide via WhatsApp or email.
If your paperback arrives damaged (torn cover, water-damaged pages, missing pages), we send a free replacement within 7 days of you reporting the issue. Email aiforseniors15@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged book and the courier packaging, along with your order ID and delivery address. For shipments lost in transit, we wait for India Post or the courier partner to formally confirm the loss (usually within 15 working days of the expected delivery date), after which a replacement copy is dispatched at no extra cost to you. You do not need to courier the damaged book back to us.
